Power of attorney given by the daughter of the late Sadr al-Atibba’ to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, known as Saham al-Shari‘ah, in order to get her share of her deceased father's inheritance, along with the ownership of three stores, and her share of a house that her brother, Mirza ‘Ali Asghar Khan, has falsely occupied. Letter from I‘timad al-Islam to Haj Mirza Khalil asking him to return the ownership of several stores and the rent of a flower garden (for eighty-two tumans); based on a former settlement, they were transferred to Haj Aqa Buzurg from his deceased wife, but now are in possession of Haj Mirza Khalil. Another letter asks Haj Mirza Khalil to pay eighty-four tumans as the share of the inheritors.
